Kay and I and our neighbors, John and Madge Hussey, have been very concerned about future development of the five acres of forest behind our homes. We enjoy the peace, serenity and privacy it currently brings us. Birds, raccoons, deer and elk call it their home. So, through long negotiations (thank you John and Madge), we managed to bring the owner of the property to the table. The price was steep, but for peace of mind and added value to our properties, it was worth it.
